Special Preview Event Aug. 29 in Quincy

WQEC/ PBS Quincy is partnering with the Quincy Museum to show a preview of an upcoming Ken Burns documentary, The Vietnam War, on Tuesday, August 29. The public is invited.

The event will take place at the Quincy Museum at 1601 Maine Street in Quincy. Along with a clip from the upcoming 18-hour epic documentary, attendees will also get a first look at some of the other new programs coming this fall to PBS, including Season 2 of Victoria and Season 3 of Poldark.

The previewing begins at 7:00 p.m. and Ken Burns’ most recent and 34th documentary will be broadcast on WQEC/ PBS Quincy and throughout the US on Sundays through Thursday for two weeks beginning September 17th. GatesAir, Blessing Hospital, and Adams Fiber are co-sponsors of the broadcast.
